Dear ViSalus,
For almost 18 years of my life, I had numerous complications with my health. I have had dialysis, arthritis, high cholesterol and low blood pressure. My lowest point came 3 years ago, when a stroke left me with little to no feeling or movement on the left side of my body. I had tried everything, but when a friend introduced me to the Vi-PAK last year, I decided to give it a shot. Five years ago, my Doctor found a cyst in my neck attached to my thyroid. Three years later, that one cyst had become three, and had become attached to my esophagus. Like a lot of members of my "Baby Boomer" generation, I have had to deal with some health problems over the past 5 or 10 years that were never present throughout much of my life. The worst of these problems for me have been debilitating "cluster" headaches. If you aren't familiar with clusters, they are like migraines, but they last longer and are even more painful. I would miss entire days of work, have to pull over while driving, and lose nights of sleep because of these cluster attacks.
